Supported by the After School Support for Teens Program, Career Clubs were established and are functional in 9 partner schools. Student-led, these clubs organize activities of career orientation and guidance for their school mates, such as: internships or volunteerism in local businesses and organizations, job fairs, debated, trainings etc. Through these activities students develop soft skills, like: teamwork, communication, critical thinking, research, entrepreneurship, and many more skills relevant for life and work.
